Two licences apply to everything you buy here, and they are not the same one.

When a skill builds on someone else's work

Most skills here are written by us. Where one does build on published open-source work, that original licence ships inside the ZIP along with the original copyright notice, the product page names the repo and links to it, and the listing says so before you buy. That licence governs the original author's work, and we do not and cannot restrict it.

Our licence, on our work

The skill, its documentation, its examples and its eval suite are licensed to you for use inside your organisation, on as many machines as you have seats.

• You may modify it freely for your own use.
• You may not resell or redistribute it as a product.
• Files carry your name and licence id, so a leaked copy is traceable.

What we are honest about

Nothing technical stops you sharing these files. Claude reads a skill as plain text, so anything on your disk is copyable, and we will not pretend otherwise. What you are buying is that it keeps working: updates as Claude Code changes, and someone to ask when it does not.
