Refunds

If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you are refunded in full. That covers a download that never arrives, a licence key that never works, or a skill withdrawn from sale before you could install it. Email us with your order and we return the payment.

Why there is no change-of-mind window

A skill is plain text. The moment it arrives you can read all of it, and there is no way to give it back. So everything you need in order to decide is on the listing before you buy: the measured trigger accuracy with the date it was measured, the public eval suite, three worked examples with their real output, and what the skill needs installed to run.

If any of that turns out to be wrong, and the number does not reproduce, an example does not work, a stated requirement is missing then that is a delivery failure and it is refunded. Tell us and we will also fix the listing.

What happens when you refund

• The payment is returned to your original method.
• Your licence key is revoked and file access is withdrawn.
• Any copy you already downloaded stays on your machine. We accept that.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes a right you have by law. Payments are taken by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and where local consumer law gives you a cancellation right on a digital purchase, that law wins over this page. Ask us and we will tell you which applies to you rather than making you find out.
