A download link that expired
Open your Dodo receipt and download again. The link expires after about 15 minutes, your purchase does not. If the receipt is gone too, email us with the address you paid with.
A skill that stopped firing
Tell us the prompt you used and what happened instead. Claude Code moves, and a trigger that worked in one version can stop matching in the next. That is what the twelve months of updates are for, and the fix goes to everyone who bought it.
Something on this site is wrong
A number that does not reproduce, an example that does not work, a broken link: tell us. A published number we cannot reproduce is a delivery failure and it is refunded, and the listing gets fixed the same day.
